     Notice is hereby given that on Thursday the 17th day of July, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Auditorium of the Wadena County Courthouse to consider the application of Ramona L. Roth for a Conditional Use Permit for property described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1/4 SE1/4) described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1/4 SE1/4) running thence North 22 rods; thence East at a right angle a distance of 22 rods; thence South parallel with the East and West quarter line a distance of 22 rods to the South line of said section; thence a West a distance of 22 rods to the point of beginning, Section 8, Township 138 North, Range 33 West, Huntersville Township, located in a A-2 Mixed Agriculture-Forestry District.
     The application, if approved, would authorize a custom canvas business for restoration of antique military vehicles to be run out of the home.
     All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard on this matter.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated November 13, 2007, executed by Carol J. Cooper, a single person, as Mortgagor to Mid-Central Federal Savings Bank, as Mortgagee, and filed for record November 20, 2007, as Document Number 220271, in the Office of the County Recorder of Wadena County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.
2. The Mortgage has not been assigned.
3. No Mortgagors have been released from financial obligation on said Mortgage.
